Overnight Oats

These are my new favorite breakfast especially in the summer time.

1/2 cup of oats (uncooked)

1/2 cup of soy milk (or whatever you like)

1/4 cup of yogurt (nf, greek, flavored whatever)

Combine these all together. Put in the fridge overnight. You can add raisins, craisins, blueberries…etc

I like to add sliced bananas and strawberries in the morning though.
